Not at all! Our products are beginner-friendly and include instructions or access to workout resources to help guide you through each movement safely.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00) are processed the same day.

• Orders placed after this cut-off time are processed the next business day.

• No processing or shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Times:

• Orders typically arrive within 4–11 business days after processing, depending on your location.


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most unused items in their original packaging.


✅ Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

• Custom or personal-use products (like undergarments) are only returnable if unopened and unused.


🚫 Non-returnable items:

• Personal-use items that have been opened

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is defective, or

• The wrong product was delivered


For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid label.

• The reason for the return

• Photos (if applicable)


Wait for return authorization before sending your product back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
